For Dhein, we had the opportunity to implement a recruiting campaign that showcases just how versatile and passionate the baking craft truly is. The centerpiece of the production is a cinema commercial, supplemented by several short videos that specifically highlight individual roles within the company. This quickly transforms a workplace into a place where people are eager to get hands-on.
