Heutzutage ist fast jedes Unternehmen, egal wie klein oder groß, online vertreten. Daraus entsteht ein undurchsichtiger Markendschungel unzähliger Anbieter. Dein Picture Colada Projekt ist in 5 Phasen unterteilt, die aufeinander aufbauen: Beauftragung, Vorproduktion, Produktion, Postproduktion und Delivery. In jeder Phase haben wir jahrelang optimierte Prozesse wie z.B. gemeinsame Kick-Offs oder unser bewährtes 3-Stufen-Abnahmesystem.
Selbstverständlich nehmen wir dich an jedem Punkt mit, damit wir am Ende genau das Ergebnis erzielen, für das du uns beauftragt hast und du jederzeit zum aktuellen Stand deines Projektes im Bilde bist.

Der Zeitplan für dein Projekt liegt abhängig vom Gewerk bei ca. 2 - 6 Wochen - hier sind bereits alle notwendigen Leistungen und Bausteine enthalten, damit wir aus der Grundidee deine fertigen Outputs erschaffen können. Grundsätzlich sind Foto- oder Grafikprojekte schneller umgesetzt als Film- oder Animationsprojekte.
Ganz wichtig: Für die pünktliche Umsetzung deines Projektes sind wir auch stark von dir abhängig - Feedbackzeiten, Erreichbarkeit oder Entscheidungsgeschwindigkeit spielen hier ebenso große Rollen wie externe Faktoren wie z.B. Wetter. Aber keine Sorge, glücklicherweise bist du ja bei uns gelandet und profitierst so von unserer Erfahrung aus über 10 Jahren Medienproduktion und tausenden erfolgreich umgesetzten Projekten. Eine pünktliche und zuverlässige Lieferung sichern wir dir deshalb bereits jetzt zu!

Grundsätzlich ja! Wir wissen, dass manchmal kurzfristige Ideen im Team auftreten, spontane Aktionen bieten sich an oder plötzliche Herausforderungen stellen sich, die gelöst werden möchten. Die Kosten deines Projektes setzen sich aus zahlreichen Faktoren zusammen: Zunächst gehen wir mit dir in den Austausch, um deine aktuellen Herausforderungen kennenzulernen und daraufhin eine Idee auszuarbeiten, die deine Herausforderung durch kreative Medien löst. Das heißt für dich konkret: Wir passen das Projektbudget dem kreativen Output an. Je mehr Kapazitäten (wie z.B. Zeit und kreative Leistung) wir in ein Projekt stecken, desto mehr Budget setzen wir dafür an. Konkreter setzt sich das Budget aus den Leistungsphasen: Vorproduktion, Produktion, Postproduktion und Delivery zusammen. Teilbestände sind zum Beispiel Technik, Teamgröße, Produktionstage oder Aufwand in der Postproduktion.
Wie du siehst, gibt es viele Nebenaufgaben, die zum Endziel des festgelegten Outputs beitragen. Gerne beraten wir dich in einem Gespräch zu deinen Möglichkeiten und geben dir verschiedene Budgetempfehlungen an die Hand.
Selbstverständlich. Einige Projekte bedürfen keiner großen Produktion oder umfangreicher Konzeption: Stell dir vor, du möchtest deinen schicken, neuen Standort online präsentieren und benötigst hierfür hochwertige Architekturfotos. Solche Projekte können wir bereits ab 1.500€ oder einfache Grafikarbeiten schon ab 1.200€ für dich umsetzen. Du siehst, deine Projektanforderungen gestalten maßgeblich das mögliche Budget. Melde dich einfach bei uns und lass uns zusammen das für dich passende Paket ausarbeiten.
Im Laufe eines Projektes kann es selbst bei der besten Planung passieren, dass Kosten außerhalb des vereinbarten Rahmens entstehen: Zusätzliche Produktionstage oder Korrekturschleifen, weitere Exportformate, mehrere Sprachversionen, etc.
Uns ist es hierbei besonders wichtig, transparent und vorausschauend zu handeln: Alle möglichen Mehrkosten, die während eines Projekts entstehen können, werden bei uns immer vorab inklusive Vor- und Nachteilen kommuniziert, sodass du entscheiden kannst, bevor Kosten entstehen.
